Due to the size of Art, please be patient, it takes additional time to carefully pack and ship all art. We try to make sure all purchases are fulfilled and shipped within 2 weeks of purchase.
Insurance on all items over $100 dollars is automatically applied.
Damage to any item needs to be reported on the shipping label and documented with 24 hours. Refuse shipments for excessive damage. If this happens, please call me immediately at 321-720-9694. I will file all the necessary insurance paperwork to refund your money.
If you receive an item, and do not report damage within 24 hours, we reserve the right to refuse all refunds.
Returns can be accepted within 2 weeks of receipt, however return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, and insurance on the returned item is the responsibility of the purchaser. We reserve the right to charge an additional 10% restocking fee. Any item shipped back that gets damaged during shipping will not be refunded. Purchaser will need to file the necessary insurance claims with the shipper. Items that do not get returned in 2 weeks (14 days) are disqualified from a return allowance, do not attempt to return, there will be no allowance, no exceptions.
All digital media delivered with the art is considered part of the art. If an item is returned, the purchaser no longer has any rights to that and digital image, and any use of that image is prohibited by copy write laws.
Digital media cannot be returned or refunded once it is downloaded.
If the digital media is lost or the download did not proceed as planned, we can email you that file, please let me know at mail@weathat.com and I will respond as soon as possible.
